Full Service listing where an Agent from LampPost Realty® will represent you every step of the way from listing to closing.

- Internet exposure on LampPostRealty.com and Realtor.com®
- Supra lockbox provided by LampPost Realty® for MLS agents
- Professional yard sign provided by LampPost Realty®
- Coordination of all property showings
- Full representation throughout the sale
- Negotiation of the Offer to Purchase and Contract
- Completion of all other necessary legal forms
- Coordination of inspections and appraisal
- Negotiation of repairs and Repair Agreement
- Coordination with closing attorney
- Review of Closing Statement (HUD-1)
- Attend closing
* The 1% fee is in addition to the fee paid to the buyer's agent (normally 2.5%-3.0%) should a buyer's agent bring a buyer, for a total fee of 3.5%-4.0% paid at closing when a cooperating agent from the MLS brings the buyer. Should no cooperating agent be involved in the sale, the total fee due at closing with be 2.5% with 0.5% paid by LampPost Realty® to the buyer at closing as a Buyer Rebate.
